The most relevant would be the raffle that sent Antawn Jamison and Sebastian Telfair to Cleveland, which shipped Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Al Thornton, and the rights to Emir Preldzic to the Wizards, and poor Drew Gooden to the Clippers last night..It was rumored that Cavs were going for Amare Stoudemine, but wanted a salted seasoned vet in Jamison, who can score, defend, and deliver mail if needed.
The most spectacular trade would be the Knicks in which,
they will get Tracy McGrady from Houston as well as the Kings’ Sergio Rodriguez. The Rockets will receive Kevin Martin and Jordan Hill, plus Jared Jeffries from the Knicks.
The Kings will receive forward Carl Landry and Joey Dorsey from Houston along with Larry Hughes from the Knicks.
The Rockets will also receive the Knicks’ first-round pick in 2012 and the right to swap first-round picks with the Knicks in 2011. There's more, but I don't want to bore you with the details.
There were more trades, but let's focus on the Knicks for a sec. They cleared up a lot of cap money next season for crazy stuff like trying to get LeBron, Dwayne Wade, and/or my boy Chris Bosh. All other NBA teams better be glad there is a cap. One of those big 3 is gonna bust a move next year, guaranteed.
